My certifications include Life Coaching, Group Coaching, Nutritional Coaching, Personal Training, along with Stretching, Flexibility, & Mobility Coaching (N.A.S.M). I Also Hold a third place title win in the world of bodybuilding at the NPC John Kemper Classics. My skill with Biblical Meditation comes through life, faith, & biblical studies training from WholyFit Academy. I hold the belief that to truly heal, a whole Mind, Body, and Spirit approach should be explored because usually if one of these is out of balance the other 2 are usually effected. A whole person approach, for whole healing.
I am so excited that you have decided to take the first step towards healing and chose to see if Victory in Healing is right for you. I continue to have the honor in assisting and nurturing many men and women now and over the years - to step out of the cycle of sadness they live/lived in, and I joyfully get to witness them go on to live wonderful, and fruitful lives, feeling fully in control of their lives and weight; while having been fully equipped to confidently handle situations they face now and in the future. Their sadness has ranged from an array of issues that span the spectrum; which were eradicated by being committed to putting into place what they had learned through Victory in Healing (becoming victorious in Weight Loss, Spiritual Biblical Meditation, Weight training, Stretching techniques, concurring balance issues to a combine realization what their true purpose in life is.)
I have found that to come to a place in life where you feel free from what binds you, it is imperative to connect with a coach who understands what you are going/gone through. It is important to know you can break through to the other side successfully, and find resolve.
I have been humbly called to help, support, guide, assist and equipped those (who are suffering) with the tools necessary to find resolve. Victory in Healing is a place for those willing and eager to begin the process of healing and become VICTORIOUS!!
